What do you all use for case lube on your brass? I am tired of messing with hornady one shot because it seems like every can i've ever had the aerosol leaks out and i only get less than half a can of use out of it. are there any alternatives that i might already have on my shop shelf? Thanks in advance

Lanolin oil and 99% rubbing alcohol or cheap Isopropal fuel line treatment

I like the Imperial wax lube. STP works well also and is very cheap but a bit messy.

For the usual resizing were there is little brass moved, I use lanolin and alcohol mix in a little pump spray bottle. For the heavy duty work like forming cases etc. Imperial sizing wax is my goto. Have not stuck a case in years like this. Go easy with the Imperial wax or you will get little "dents" in the shoulders or your brass.

with the Lanoline , you can just let them dry you don't need to clean post sizing.

it is not a lot if you do an ounce of Liquid Lanoline to 10 ounces of alcohol you should be good , I put the bras in a clean plastic bag spray several times in the bag them hold it closed and shake them around it gets a very thin coat on everything , the bag gets reused several times and after your first few handfuls of brass a spray or two with each aditional batch of brass.

If you were using Hornady Oneshot case lube , Lanoline oil is going to make sizing feel much easier.

I stuck cases with one shot but not with lanoline https://www.amazon.com/Home-Health-...&hvtargid=pla-383970578794&psc=1

the lanoline gets a touch sticky when it drys but a wipe with a rag and it buffs up smooth.

shake before spraying the lanoline will separate from the alcohol and settle to the bottom , the lower the % of alcohol the more it settles out 91% needs more shaking than 99% but sometimes finding 99% is hard

and your hands will be very smooth

Thanks again. I just ordered liquid lanolin to make some of my own. I have had stuck cases with one shot also and my STW brass seems to be very hard when resizing it

Your better half ( if you have one ) will love your soft hands after reloading some rounds. If you don't have e better half you will soon have one because of your soft hands after reloading some rounds grin

The one shot folks will never get it

When I process rifle cases, I do it in bulk. Usually at least a couple hundred at a time. I have always had good results with ONE SHOT. I have never had a suck or dented case using the stuff. I use an old loading block and spray it on my cases as they are standing up. I think that the key to not having stuck cases is to not be stingy with it's use.
I think that another reason for stuck cases, no matter what lube you use, is how clean the cases are when you size them. Before sizing, all of my cases go into a vibratory tumbler with a mix of walnut shell and corn cob media. This takes away powder fouling and range dirt. They are in overnight. When done they are usually clean and bright.
I take it one step further. After sizing is done, the cases go into a rotatery, wet tumbler with stainless steel pins. This cleans them inside and out. Removes any left over lube and tarnish from the cases. Plus cleans the primer pocket of any fouling.

I've always just used Lee sizing lube. Never had any problems, but it may not be the easiest to use.

I don't know about case lube. But I do know what to do when almost full can spray take a fizz. Punch hole in can pour what ever into a spray bottle, squeeze bottle, jar?? Put the dud spay paint in air bush or use as dip. I'm so cheap I've done it with shave cream. Which I found out some is bag in can. pull bag squeeze like tooth paste.
