I was quoted $2 so I never set a rat trap. I am taking a few nuisance Beaver and plan to snare a few coyotes around the house just to help the grouse out.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I just averaged $10.00 a rat and I haven't sold any yet. ADC trapping rocks.

It would probably have to be 20+ to get me excited. I'm not in a great rat area and if I was going to travel and trap I would want to gross atleast $500 a day. Did you move? If you live in MN you are in a decent rat area.

Low water this year so very few rats in my neck of the woods. Neighbor kid wants me to show him how to trap them and has about the only two rat huts in the township in a small pond at his grandparents farm. Season opened yesterday and the weather is supposed to be warm the next few days so will probably take him out tomorrow. Otherwise I'm not doing any rats this year.

I'll be doing it for 1-1.5$ on the carcass but I'll still skin a few so that way I can teach myself to put up fur. There is nothing easier to put up than rats. Once you get the hang of it you can do them in a few minutes each.
