gregh OP trapper G Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 972 Ar	Just noticed that the saw tooth acorns have started falling from the trees in my yard. It has been dry here and when it is dry they usually fall earlier than they are this year.

charles trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 10,873 Asheville, NC	There are 41 Canada geese that live in a lake near me. They eat acorns in yards and streets every day. We have one saw tooth and lots of white oaks. Even among the white oaks, they have favorite trees and it is the same tree each year.
