You could take a handful of 12mm or 1/2" sockets out on a rope bridge over a massive chasm. The bottom of your pocket could tear open, spilling them all out and every one would land perfectly on the rope for easy retrieval.

You could be in the middle of a vast, empty warehouse with nothing in it and drop a 10mm on the floor and it will disappear into the concrete.

I'm constantly cruising Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay and Etsy for deals on old woodworking hand tools and equipment. Stanley planes and a 12" jointer are at the top of my list.
