The truck driver did state he used drugs that morning though it wasn’t clear those drugs were continuing to effect him at the time of the accident. The evidence didn’t show clearly who crossed the center line though the evidence did show there was 3 seconds or so to react once the truck driver and lead bike saw each other in a curve on a 45-50 MPH country highway.
