For the holiday?

We're having a big picnic at the church tomorrow.

Making up a big pot of gumbo to take. Some naner pudding for dessert.

I work that day so nothing fancy. Dogs and burgers on the grill, tater salad, watermelon.

Gonna have ribs tomorrow though.

4lb Boston butt an a small brisket an some pork belly. I’m in charge of the Boston butt. I believe they fixin some green beans, taters of some kind, deviled eggs, Mac cheese an some type of bread.
I Don’t have much to worry about if I’m in charge of the butt

Ribeyes and baked tater, fresh cucumber and tomato with blackberry cobbler and ice cream tomorrow. I'm finishing up a high fence job Monday, pulling traps and loading out for home. Looks like a sammich for us Monday.
