GREENCOUNTYPETE trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 18,682 Green County Wisconsin	how stupid are they , you have to get the gut out of them or they are going to taste like poop , and when you remove all the organs they are clearly dead the gizzard needs a very thorough cleaning , the heart and liver diced for gravy never heard of a big chicken processing operation that didn't electro stun then cut then throat and blead out it is a quality of meat issue. the cutting is required by Kosher law and is thousands of years old procedure it gives the cleanest safest meat if the best quality killing cones are used to cradle the bird securely so that no flapping can happen to bruise meat America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
