I really never understood the Beatles being popular. Absolute garbage music, every single song. It was cool to like the Beatles in college in the early 2000’s by all the kids who had the makings of being what is called woke today.

I enjoy the lyrical content of a lot of songs. Try to write a good song, it is harder than it looks. I didn't read the whole thread but I don't remember Michael Jackson being mentioned. His songs certainly sound a lot better than they read.
