To civilized and educated people, this sounds heartless, but this is a population that has virtually no education, no thought for the future beyond today, the inability to successfully self govern, as well as limited agricultural opportunities.

These people will never be self sufficient. Providing any type of aid whether food or medical, only further builds a reliance on others and encourages proliferation.

The do gooders from the U.S. need to keep their efforts and resources closer to home. Open your eyes. This country is rapidly becoming third world.

There's never been a biblical interpretation or commentary from anyone with credibility that says God instructs to not to be fruitful and multiply.
Contraception, family planning, abortion, and any number of "human achievements" are all opposed to God's revelation of Scripture.
