Post a photo. They're all a little different. Let us see it and somebody will brainstorm something that works.

I assume you're talking about a typical wheel bearing setup on a car/truck.the bearing inner race that sits on the spindle is a slip fit. It'll slip right on, and you can probably turn on the spindle by hand, but with the weight of the vehicle on it the race won't turn on the spindle. That means if you slightly mark the spindle, no harm no foul as long as you're mangling it like a gorilla. A little tiny knick from a cutoff wheel won't hurt anything. Just cut the bearing off with a cut-off wheel, being very careful to not go too deep. If you don't want to mess up the spindle at all, cut just about all the way through the inner race, and then hit it with a chisel and hammer. It'll crack and then slide right off.

I don't understand the dilemma. Did you forget to put the grease seal behind it? If you need it off, torch it. How much downtime are you accumulating over a $15 bearing?
For by grace are you saved by faith, and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.
