The belly meat off that flatcat would make a fine fish sandwich. Nice fish!

Va's Bob Greenlee has done a LOT of work with bluecat in VA. Pulled a lot of otoliths, aged a lot of fish, so I'm.sure he's published something regarding age at a given length/ wt. I know the Potomac river has about the fastest growth rate around. Funny thing, 30 years ago, I had to go.to VA to catch them. Now, they're everywhere. A 68# was landed last week right by me, Patuxent river.

Was the fish in the last picture “noodeled”?
I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!
