Check your facebook market place. Here you often see lumber for sale on it for reasonable prices

You missed it by months. It took awhile for the Biden affect to set new records for lumber prices

Don't buy dimensional lumber at big box! Check your local lumberyard, way cheaper; here anyway. But no, it's not coming down anytime soon.

I have a friend that works at a building supply store as a delivery driver and asked a month or so ago how prices were doing. He said they are blaming the most recent jump on fuel prices.

3/4" 4x8 CDX plywood went from $15 to $95.
I asked the manager why, he said short supply of the glue used in plywood products.
I said, OK, so whats the deal with studs being $8 ? ? ? ? no glue in them.
He said ... Um, that's different.

I went Lumber Discount Center here to get two 12' deck boards to replace the deteriorated ones. They were $17.99 each plus tax.
