Crazy all that happened from bumping your leg! Infections are definitely serious. They had to chop out a big hunk of my inner thigh when a cut got infected. Healing took awhile. Keep your eyes peeled for more infection: red streaks, swollen red skin, skin in that area warm to the touch, etc
