Does anyone know how to contact the owners of this company? I have a paid for order with them that is marked "Unfullfilled" I have sent replies to their website multiple times with no response. I have been waiting for about two weks.

I didn't know anyone bought out the snare shop. When did that happen? No indication of it on their website yet.

That may be right, I'm not sure. I just seem to recall something on the Thompson site saying they were sold to XXX and I'm wanting to say it was xxx but my memory is slipping.

Bryan at souther snares and supply did take over Thompson. Some guy and his wife in Missouri owed Thomason’s before Bryan bought it.

I still haven't got anything from Thompson's, I will contact Southern snares tomorrow during business hours. The Thompson's website took the order and payment on Jan
13th. No response to message, email or Facebook messages. Wierd.

Still trying to get some help. So far I found out that Thompson's was purchased by Southern Snares, phone, website.... okay, sounds like a communication problem that should be simple to fix. I got no answer on two phone numbers so I left a text message on the website contact window. So far no response. Seems kinda wierd. I have heard good things about Southern snares.
