I have a paid for order with them that is marked "Unfullfilled" I have sent replies to their website multiple times with no response. I have been waiting for about two weks.

The Thompson's website took the order and payment on Jan 13th. No response to message, email or Facebook messages. Wierd.

So far I found out that Thompson's was purchased by Southern Snares, phone, website.... okay, sounds like a communication problem that should be simple to fix. I got no answer on two phone numbers so I left a text message on the website contact window. So far no response. Seems kinda wierd. I have heard good things about Southern snares.
