700-800 miles on a camel is a far piece to travel
That's how far scholars believe these pagan kings came to worship the baby born in a feeding trough...
while the Inn keeper said "no vacancy."

The pagan kings must have known the oracles of God's prophets from the time of Moses through Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Judah, all the way to Isaiah to travel such a distance in honor and awe in Bethlehem.
And the Inn keeper would be one of a multitude of Jews who would renounce the King of Israel.

Thanks be to God for revealing this majestic story so that we may know,
just like the wise kings from the Far East.

We may be either the wise kings or the inn keeper two thousand years later.
