Take it easy, no sense it making it worse.
Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

I popped a hip joint a few years ago in a snowmachine rollover..That hurt for a couple years. Do lots of stretching as it heals.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I've got a question about knee pains... Most of the time when I bend down my knees will both crack. No big deal, just a slight crack noise, no pain. But every once in a while when I kneel down I can feel stuff moving like it's going to crack as usual. But it doesn't. It "hangs up" before it cracks and it burns like a hot iron is being stuck into my knee cap. It's usually one or the other, never both. And after the "heat" goes away my kneecap throbs like a toothache for a while after.
What's up with that?

Tac 20 have you sold any Coyote yet? Not yet, I've only got six done, 36 more to go as of today, six were also thrown away because of mange and other issues
