This guy was a week early and ruined a perfectly good Fox/Coyote set.

Wish I had more time to trap....

Farmer across the road from deer camp is butchering pigs. This is on the gut pile. The DNR thinks there are so few cats we need to wait 7 years for a permit. LOL

Wow, I have never seen more than 1 cat per picture on my cameras. I saw this cat playing on the ice the other day and was hoping he would stay down where he was. Guess not. He has trails through the cattails where I am going to set blind sets next week to see if I can snag him again. I do t think I will get him to peek down another hole in the next few weeks.

Wish I had more time to trap....

7 years for a permit is not bad, here they are endangered species, completely protected . We have so many that if you see a track in the snow it has a better chance of being a cat track than a fox or coyote. First pic is out my living room window.

Wonder how much the hound hunters have to do with needing to wait 7 years ?

I feel your pain. Zero season here. No hunting or trapping. So jealous of those that can get a couple.
