It's not even close to being questionable. Nothing about that photo even hints about muley traits. Now.....what about this one? Also shot in s.e. NE Coyote, wolf, or hybrid something?

How much did it weigh Marty? 60lbs and under - predominate coyote genes. Over 60lbs, Dog and/or wolf genes. Caught a few in Minnesota when I lived there and saw several that were 55 lbs on certified scales. All tested as coyotes by MDNR back then so i just used the weight scale. The one killed by Craig Nebraska last year was a wolf and the one killed by Spaulding Nebraska several years ago was a wolf. Both migrants from their DNA..... the mike Don't know, it's just making the rounds on social media.

Pic looks like it might b a little misleading in the size of that animal. Slight downward angle, close to animal and person standing back just a bit
