So.IL.trapper OP trapper S Joined: Nov 2021 Posts: 2 IL	While on an out of state trapping trip last year something kept taking our colony traps out of the creek and on to land. Any ideas?

I have several colony traps hauled up on the bank during rat season and some of them have been 10 yards from the stream bank. and the rats Inside were stripped of all their meat. Calvin trapper C Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 5,967 South metro, MN	I've watched mink steal rats out of the inside of colony traps. Coon normally drag them onto shore and try and fish the rats out. Not uncommon in coon areas.
