Why would you try eating some grass...?

Eat it - smoke it - inject it - bathe in it ------ it is all the rage for us left coasties grin

Nailed it. Lots of projects require environmental mitigation and guys in the business get farmers to plant it on a custom basis.

Never argue with a fool - they will drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Or if it ends up looking nicer, could also be planted as part of house landscaping. We have some semi-nice looking "...Foster's" clump grass in a couple of spots in our around the house rock border. Typically, horticulture products, such as landscaping stuff, are grown within a 30-60 minute drive of their use, mostly in metro areas.
