So i won't be skinning the furbearers i catch at my house, but my girlfriend's parents live down the road. Her dad is gonna teach me how to skin raccoons starting out since he ran coonhounds when he was younger. I'm looking for ideas for storing fur handling equipment, my storage unit is 10 minutes away so thats an option. my house or the dad's house arent options
TIA

Store where you skin and handle your fur.

^^^^^^^^^^^^This. Why would you want to store any other place?

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.

He says in the post that the skinning location isn't a option.

Can you store anything in your vehicle? What about some kind of outdoor storage box at the site, would they allow that? If you are talking about drying and fleshing boards too, I'd go with the storage unit.
