Probably a no, but if I grind out the lugs on the 850, will the jaws close completely? I'd like to use it in place of Bridger 5's for beaver.

Not sure on your question. But noticed your location as Illinois/Indiana. Just remember not to set them in Illinois.

Yeah, Illinois and their 7.5" rule. Indiana has no water restriction.

But hey here a 330 just has to be in water and Indiana requires them be completely submerged, correct. So giess its a give and take
