Punched in 120 coon sets and a handful of canine sets today. Guesses on the catch rate tomorrow? (I’m pessimistic based on what I’m seeing/hearing from others in my area)

On coon 1 coon per 4 trap nights on coyote 1 per 15 trap nights.

The coon number ill agree with. Id love to have that coyote average! Me too! But he asked for a guess on tomorrow's catch and with a handful of sets as he said, 1 in 15 or 1 in 30 is the same total catches over one night

normally for me thatd produce 30ish coon a night.
i miss runnin 10-12 dozen DPs... im not doin it for the prices right now though.

Man here you should have 20-30 coon overnight with 120 sets, especially if you had those spread out over 50-60 good locations. Easy to do here.
Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

Unfortunately, my fears were realized. I only caught 12 coon, and five came from one farm.I’m hoping that was just a fluke, but I really think distemper hit them in the last few weeks.

12 coon seems like a low number but then again it sounds about the right number for me to skin, flesh and board in an evening.
