trapperbless OP trapper Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 224 IN	As I was hauling manure this evening I couldn’t help but notice all the coyote sign in this field. Tracks, scat, digs, etc. These coyote made step down dirt holes were all over. As we get closer to season, remember, keep it simple and let the sign tell you what the coyote wants.

Only thing I noticed was if you don't have something very interesting down the hole the coyote will step on one side or.the other, smell and leave. I found fresh muskrat to be best bait in this type set. Wish I had more time to trap....
