Anyone know who sells the 100 count kits or the little wire ferrules by themselves?

I'll check when I get home but I'm pretty sure the ferrules are 1/16th that you can get in bulk from anyone that sells snare supplies.

They’re wire twist instead of stop buttons. I looked at a few sites and couldn’t find them. A spool of light picture hanging wire might work with them. Hard for me to retie fishing line in the winter standing in a creek.

Personally I'd just either find bmi 110 triggers or 160 triggers and bend them into the bmi bell trigger's

That’s a good suggestion. I have a few dozen BMI’s and really like those triggers. I’ll do a few and see how it goes.

I use 1x19 16th attached with a 16th double ferrule crimped to one side bent at a 90. That way the wire doesnt possibly get caught when it fires like it will attached to both sides.

Common sense catches alot of fur..

Used the Noonan method of hammering/flattening the tip of the trigger wire then connecting fishing line across....worked but as you mentioned....common for it slip, break off after a catch on-a three dollar mink

Hey, they’re going to be at least double that this year Mike. Might even hit 10 bucks.

Didn’t hear that ..that’s good news! Heck the glands and skulls are extra value too.

I used 30 lb. test braided fishing line in a green. It’s thin and tough.

I find with 110s that don't have trip wire I'm only missing the female mink. Honestly i don't want females anyway. I honestly prefer 5x5s or even modified 220s over 110s anymore. But there is always that spot that a 110 fits perfectly. I keep Victor 110s for this scenario. Love trapping the mink.
