Guess because I have my Grand fathers model 94 it would be 32-40.. My son has his great grand fathers Marlin in 32 Special. What is neat is both guns actually use the same 32 cal bullet is just different case shape.

Grandfather used a 44-40 for deer when I was a Kid I’ve owned a few 7MM STW still have a 700 SS REM one.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

44-40 for all around uses, two of them live in my truck. 45-70 for deer, 218 Bee for predators

I'm not sure what the definition of "non-traditional" is.
But I've fallen in love with the 6.5 Grendel.

303 British. It's the only odd caliber I've used. I do have an old 25/20 but it hasn't been shot since long before my Dad died 22 years ago. He said he shot quite a few deer with it.

I never really got into much for non standard or non common

but some day I would like to build a 358win to run cast boolits in and a 219 zipper

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
