BTLowry trapper B Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 4,356 East Texas	I have smoked several fatties with various fillings Have not found one I didn't like yet Mixture of hamburger and breakfast sausage is pretty good put the meat of your choice in a gallon ziploc bag and mash it out flat. Then split the side seams and flip the top layer of the bag back out of the way. Makes a nice, even layer that will cook uniformly

pappy t trapper P Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 281 western ky	Fatties are awesome! Tried several different fillings and they were all good. I think my favorite is my pizza fatty with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, etc... and wrap with a bacon weave.
