Why are they not enforcing that every time it’s done by anyone? If they don’t enforce the current laws why should they be allowed to make more laws the won’t do anything about.

Ok why are they letting Hunter's lying on the gun buyer form go on by. One of many of the crimes he has done being ignored. He said never used drugs but had been to rehab 2 times and discharged from the navy for using.I can't even get approved for a hand gun purchased because I got pain meds during my back surgery. THEY DON'T deny me just don't move forward. Lot of retailers won't transfer the gun with out a approval. Law says if not back as denied in 5 days the transfer can go on but not big box stores. Scared of Big Joe.

So how do they know you were prescribed pain meds?
