Does manual yard work count? That's about all I do for cardio.
I lift weights for exercise. Used to run, but found out I enjoy lifting weights much more. Are you lifting at home? Post a picture of your set up I used to lift but have been on a calisthenics kick for the last year. I like the simplicity of it.

Yep, at home. I'll take some pics tonight. I picked up a used squat stand, will upgrade to a full rack later this year. I can do the basics. I do miss going to a gym and having the machines available, but working out at home is nice also.
Basic equipment: squat stand adjustable incline bench 1 inch bar, 7 foot long 1 inch hole weights, about 375# 14" dumbell bars
An upgrade to olympic style weights is in the not so distant future also. 300# is about all the 1 inch bar can handle. I have my 1inch weights still but not enough of them. The price on weights have gone through the roof so I decided to make my own. Weights are going for about $2-3 per lb. A 60lb bag of concrete is only $6 Some left over schedule 40 for the bar. In total weighs 155. Also have some other "bucket weights" wiyh chains for handles to do farmers walks up and dow the hill.

You betcha! I do most of mine as an interval type workout, 30 seconds of exercises & 30 rest. One of my favorite things to do is run the stairs in a parking garage. When walking to the next ladder well knock off burpees, lunges, squats or situps. When back home in Ohio I hit the old bleachers & half way down do down hill bear crawls or leglifts, crunches, squats or lunges. A set of burpees at the bottom & repeat. When doing a bike ride I like to stop on a boardwalk were I can hook my toes under the side rails & add in some situps as part of an interval workout.
A couple different exercises for ya. I call these alternating pushups. Do a normal push up then move the left hand out about a foot, push up, back to center, pushup, move out right hand, push up & back to center. As many as you want Plank circuit. Low plank, start with a 5 second count at each position. Hold out left hand, 5 count, hand back down, then right hand up & down, then right foot, left foot, then both left hand & right foot out, then right hand left foot out, left side plank, right side plank. Move to high plank & repeat the process. Hope that is clearer than mud!
Later!

Love your routine. Archer push ups are one of my favorites.

Round is a shape, so I guess I'm already in shape. But I too do burpees to stay in shape!
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Been doing a 250 lb (+/- a couple pounds) deadlift out of bed every morning the last 20 years. Is that considered Calisthenics?

Guess I’m lucky living in a small town with a local gym. At $180 a year I can’t complain. Machines, free weights, dumbbells up to 100#. Bikes, stair climber, and treadmills. And if you really want to sweat (relax) after a good workout, go sit in the sauna. And it’s all of a 7-8min drive into town. I workout and hit the treadmill 5 days a week, generally take the weekends off. Sometimes if I have some really intense workouts during the week I’ll skip a day to recover and make up for it on the weekends. Wednesday is generally my only leg day of the week with just squats/deadlifts/and a few miles on the treadmill. I truly enjoy my gym time, but I don’t spend hours there. I’m there to workout/run and get out. Most workouts take about 1-1.25hrs total. I don’t socialize, not that many are there when I’m there anyways. Just get in my groove and go!
