Im looking for a couple of days of fishing after the 4th of July. Anyone have a good Charter you can recommend. Or does some one want to trade a few day of Salmon fish for few day of Coyote hunting in N.D. I have 47 yrs of calling in the state of N.D. and I have some very good land.

I have not used a charter for many years. If it were me I would Google fishing charters out of Sturgeon Bay or Algoma and Kewaunee, (The last two in Kewaunee County). all three have several charter firms and the ones in Sturgeon Bay can go on the Green Bay side or the Lake Michigan side. Salmon and trout fishing picks up pretty good about that time of year, maybe really good this year as the water is warming quicker.
If you wanted a really different option, one could take a smaller charter boat or rig out for smallmouth bass. Some of the better smallie water around is in that area.

A day of Smallmouth Bass sure sounds good.We use to have really good days on the Missouri river here in N.D.

Yes it's a world class smallmouth fishery but if you hit it right the salmon can be out of this world. I've done it a couple times but it's been 10 years at least and wouldn't know who to recommend or what the bite is like. That's a good time of the year. One thing is for sure, if you hit it right, you didn't bring enough coolers.
