While back several on here were talking about fixing old aluminum boats with leaking rivets and how to do it. I had an old early 70's 14 foot Sea Nymph John boat that my Dad and I duck hunted in. It had been beat up on the river and in freezing and thawing ice conditions for a lot of years and leaked so badly where the seats fastened to the bottom it was no longer usable. I thought it was no good. Bought all the stuff after learning from you smart guys and the wife and I fixed it this winter and today I got it out and put it on a set of saw horses and put water in it. What a pleasant surprise, no more leaks!! This is a great place to find out all kinds of stuff!! "Where Can A Man Find Bear Beaver And Other Critters Worth Cash Money When Skinned?"
