The thing is, it's not a true vaccine. A vaccine prevents a certain virus from infecting your body.

An example: Smallpox is a true vaccine. If you have had a smallpox vaccination and got on a plane, nobody wearing masks. A person on the plane was infected with smallpox. Could you become infected with the smallpox virus? No, you couldn't because the smallpox vaccination would prevent you from becoming infected.

If you've had the Covid shots, got on a plane, nobody wearing masks. A person on the plane was infected with the Coronavirus, could you become infected? Yes, you could and would even become contagious to others. The only advantage to the shots is that they say your chances of survival would be better than people who haven't had the shots. I've heard some disease specialists say they can't be certain how effective the shots will be against this new strain.
