I bought some PIT Pans for my #5 Bridger LS’s. I’m going to install them in the next day or two but does anyone have pics on installing them or a close up of one after the installion?

I can get you a pic of a #5 with a pit pan on it. First tip right off the bat is to get a 2x4 or board of some sort and drill a 5/8-3/4 inch hole in it. Once you remove the bridger pan off from your trap you will need to hammer out the trap pan attachment that is pressed into place. That takes a couple good whacks with a hammer and a hole for the pressed in insert to go into. This is the easiest way to do it.

I have the pan attachment piece out. The hole that’s left is in the shape of an H. Does the raised piece of the baseplate attachment for the PIT pan just rest against the middle indent of the H?

yes it does. It just fits in the gap created.
