Even though otter are moving south in MN, we have some around but I leave them alone. They are too much fun watch! Life for them all about food and having fun. Maybe when the numbers rise I might start trapping them.

Lucky your duck season is still open.Was thinking everything got pushed south end of first half of our season in oct as saw thousands of birds going south the day we got our first snow . all the birds that'd show up for week or two after that would be gone within few days at most it seemed. Then rarely saw any birds around here mid nov until last day season was open. Big push of mallards and blacks startrd arriving last day/mainly the day after. Seen anywhere between 100-500+ fly by my place daily since then of course lol
