It’s gettin to be about time to start thinking about ordering seeds to start in the greenhouse. Who do you order your seeds from? I’m lookin for a reputable dealer for uncommon seeds. Not the run of the mill varieties you can get at any box store

I have to jump on the Baker Creek band wagon also. Very good selection & great service for me over the past 11 years or so. Free shipping. The prices don't seem all that bad to me. Yes, a few are pricey, but for the most part they are very fair. And they are very generous with their seed count. www.rareseeds.com

Probably want to order soon. Last year they sold out early because of the lockdowns Got that right. Everyone is putting in orders now because of this last year. Another wrinkle is the postal system and delivery system of them getting seeds from their off-shore suppliers. Air cargo is not travelling like it was before c-19 So all it takes is one item in your list to have not come in to be packaged for the order to stall on the floor. Now do they ship -or- wait. Ship then they have to do two mailings. Wait and they have to respond to umpteen emails from unpatetic customers.

Gurney's Was a great Company in the past. But they changed in so many ways.
Product got small, lighter in all counts.
Tripled in price. Welcome to the 21 century of seed distribution bought out by Bean counting big business

Buy your seeds now. I'm serious. Get them now and put them in the fridge or freezer. I put mine in the freezer. The last seeds I wanted became available first of December and I am now DONE with seeds. Bought my seeds from Harris and Hoss. Bit pricey but they have some fantastic seeds with some of the best disease resistance packages I have found. Also saved some seeds from last season. I am buying canning supplies now. Good Idea Remember last fall?
