Nothing can happen to him yet. Constitution is silent on what happens if the president elect is unable to serve, only what happens if the president is unable to serve. They need to wait a few more weeks.
I've wondered all along if Biden knows he's not going to be president for long. I don't know if they've told him or not. It's easiest if he knows and is planning to step down but things may get messier if he hasn't been told or if he refuses to cooperate. What happens if the presumed president elect were to pass before the electoral college vote? Does the presumed VP elect become president?

biden likely fell down trying to bend low enough to sniff his dog. Dogs are not as tall as the creeped out children and women biden prefers to sniff and grope.

He looks weak and frail. I think if it was a normal campaign trail year he would of been wore right out. I can see him with many health issues before his term is up. I'm sure he will be out of sight mostly and others will be doing his job any way.
