40 cages 2 checks so far with a couple falling in old houses in the mix, the 2 check total is 3 coons, 2 skunks, 6 grinners 4 released ditch tigers. 2 old houses perfect habitat only 1 critter at each house.
Not sure where they are but the ain’t moving much if they are around.

As far as the old houses go, if ya think coons are denning there a game caller works great if ya have one. Use caller & stand ready with .22
Till that day.....

Tail bounty pays more then the fur prices but you can’t use these for the bounty program if they are even going to have one this spring. LOL

Six grinners? Wow I didn't realize SD had them.
Give me a fish, I will eat for a day. Teach me to fish, I will eat for a lifetime

Six grinners? Wow I didn't realize SD had them. They take advantage of the coon die offs then they boom in numbers after that heck even they are down now.

How much do you think the bounty program has to do with the slow season? Not the places I trap in the spring time during the the bounty time those tails are ADC caught if anything the same places were under trapped the last couple of years with the yote prices being up.

Whats the bounty system pay>? Is there a cap to it per person? Can you have your wife turn in bounty too?
She should stay home and do more cooking like Babe Winkelmans wife did, and let her husband have some peace and quiet.
