btomlin OP trapper Joined: Dec 2016 Posts: 507 SC Iowa	I caught my very 1st coyote last year on 11/18/19 and had #1 for 2020 waiting on me this morning. 2nd night catch...quickest set to catch for me so far. Now to chase that elusive 1st night catch!

Bob trapper B Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 3,960 Northern Nevada	Nice job. Those first night catches will come. In my trapping career the first one was the hardest lol. I tried for two seasons to catch one with no luck, then I got one and something just clicked. The next season I caught twelve lol. Don’t get cocky though, every time I do the dang coyotes make me look like an idiot. I was beginning to think I was a good coyote trapper and then just yesterday I had 5 sets worked and missed every one of them. "I have two guns, one for each of ya."
