GREENCOUNTYPETE OP trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 18,739 Green County Wisconsin	a little warm but had a good time got 2 birds we don't have a dog we are the dogs America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

GREENCOUNTYPETE OP trapper G Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 18,739 Green County Wisconsin	this is public land where the DNR plants birds natural population isn't what it used to be , I suspect to much predator pressure with the coyotes and hawks there used to be a big native Pheasant population in southern WI I saw 9 birds , really the most action I have seen in a long time it has been a while since I went pheasant hunting , my son loves it so we will be out again soon. he had been on a few youth hunts at a local game farm, but he is aged out of that now , that had been our annual pheasant hunt for the last several years. my neighbor likes pheasant hunting and we went with him and his father having a team pushing a field works so much better than just 1 or 2 people also having a person on each side of a stand of brush when one person goes up and starts shaking the bushes. reminds me a lot of doing deer drives saw a ton of deer sign but no deer found a whole a fox was very interested in that may need a trap next to it I can see where guys really like this the action is great and the season long even if the meat is small America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
