I may have asked this question a couple of years ago, if I did I forgot the answer, but now I really need them.

I'm trying to find some skins for my '95 Tundra. My old ones are 8 inches wide. None of the parts houses list any pre-'96 Tundra parts anymore.

Anyone know of a source?

You'll likely have to go to a snowmobile junkyard to get old parts.

We had one out here but...wait for this....there was some new councillors elected ....and yes you guessed it.
They passed a by-law with an amentment that yards could not have more than 3 non used cars or 4 non used snow machines, they trie to include tractors but 3 yards deal with pre-60 machines and 10,000 emails from the farming community changed that.
The power-puff crowd was, "well we don't need this" cause""everyone buys new machines""

Earth Google "Glass Manitoba on the east side" and you might find the old yard....which is gone now

You'll have to get universal ones like I did for older machines.

^^^^^^^
I think that one might work. Looks the same as the ones I took off.
Maybe drill one more hole for the wear bars.
Thanks

It looks like the parts are:
skins, Kimpex #08-401
wear bars, Woody's #0418

When I replaced the wear bars on my Tundra a few years back, I could only find the wear bars that didn't have any sort of carbide edge on them. So I found a set of Polaris wear bars that sort of fit except that some of the studs didn't match the holes in the ski. So I just drilled a new hole or 2 in the ski to make them fit. It made a big difference having better wear bars for turning on hard pack and ice.
