KeithC OP trapper K Joined: May 2009 Posts: 15,784 Champaign County, Ohio.	We finally got a hard frost last night. I have about 11 gallons of green tomatoee, that I picked off of my plants. What are some of your favorite green tomato recipes? I picked some tomatoes yesterday, before the frost and the rest after the frost, today. Some of the tomatoes from today have some frost damage and are a little soft, should I freeze them, process them immediately or store them some other way? Thanks for any recipes or advice. Keith

warrior trapper Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 25,671 Georgia	That many calls for chow chow. You could also pull the plant and hang in a cool basement or cellar and pick as they turn. Some have luck wrapping each mater in newspaper and eat as they turn.
