Think on this. If she was such a disgrace why is the local community and citizens not at all happy about this. Perhaps you should actually have an idea before you start bashing instead of laying responsibility at the right feet. Name one chief that doesn’t take their marching orders from a commissioner or answers to someone that is elected like a mayor when a chief is not. I’d lay a paycheck wager that 90+% of people here have done the same thing she has, just not as public or in the spotlight. You didn’t quit your job because it was the right thing either did you? I’m not proud enough to admit I have. She’s done an amazing amount of good in that community. Now Seattle will find out what a, go along to get along, yes person will be like as chief.

OK I thought the police chief WANTED to stop the violence but the MAYOR made her tell the cops to stand by and watch. Could be I'm thinking of another Idiot run town.
