With all due respect what texicans do with beef is their business who are we to judge. However, everyone knows the best Q runs in a band Memphis to Chattanooga due south to the gulf.
That is a darn close 2nd and would love to consume as much as that as my belly can fit.

All that Q you guys bragging about is so bad you have to hide it behind a sauce, Not Texas BBQ Psh......you guys just screw up good pork bbq and drown it in sauce. All the bbq ive had have just a touch of sauce on a sandwich.

I'd be willing to offer my services as a BBQ judge. But being from WNY my taste buds are burned out from walleye and venison.

I was way old before I learned that bbq sauce is not an ingredient, but rather a condiment. I do like a little bbq sauce myself as some meat gets dried out in the process and is hard to swallow.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.
