Hummingbird clearwing moth, these have a red band in the abdomen the Snowberry clearwing moth Hemaris diffinis the band is black. There is also H. gracilis slender clearwings has brown abdomen Depends where in Minnesota where you are. and the suns reflection of the colour

The interphase of the habitats parklands/ prairie is where the Snowberry Clearwing comes in since I have seen then south of Mahnomen Minn. The larvae have quite a interesting habits of feeding as in all Sphinx moth larvae have Show some larvae... Awesome info
