I think of brainstorming as an effective management tool applied in a boardroom setting. Maybe not so much by yourself live in front of international media.

Glad no one is around every time a buddy and I have thrown out ideas about possible fixes in our job. It’s nothing even relatable to viruses or even medical practices, but sometimes after a fix one or the other of us will look back and ask did one of us really say that.
I listened and all it sounds like he is doing is throwing out possibilities. Sometimes something one of us will say gets the other thinking in a different direction which leads to a fix.

Tds goes both ways. Some think he can do nothing right and some think he can do no wrong (most in the thread). Suggesting injecting disinfectants and UV light inside the body is wreckless.

Every time President Trump says something, people just think he is an idiot. The next thing you know what he says either works, or they find out what he was talking about is true. I would hate to have every word I say scrutinized like no one person I have seen on Earth. Really sick of how there is no Respect for our American President! Ridiculous really! The last President , got a pass big time from what I have been seeing. When Obummer was the worst President in History! Hydroxychloroquine has proved to be working on people are on their way out and by the next day they have shown real progress.

Brainstorming is great. Throwing out some crazy ideas to get the ball rolling is great. Doing so by yourself, during a press conference, while completely blindsiding your panel of medical experts is not great.

Yesterday the President of the United States mentioned during a press conference that we should look into injecting humans with disinfectants. Well, it might be worth brainstorming that in private. But doing so on a global stage probably didn't impress too many people. I heard on the radio that 22% of Americans look to Trump for guidance right now. That means its time to stop showboating for the cameras and start to delegate briefings to the appropriate people. Give a little motivational pep talk and hand the mike off to the experts.

I've seen comments on here before about this, but some people on this site seem to forget the years of Obama/citizenship drama, Clinton/Monica, etc. When was the last time we had a president that both parties loved?

Wonder what they thought when the first person suggested using radiation as a cure?
