It also means you can't gift a gun to a family member without a background check through a dealer or even loan a shotgun to a buddy because his broke in the middle of hunting season. Because you can't transfer a gun to anyone without a background check.

Apparently my question offended or upset some people. I was/am curious, how often one would buy more than one gun a month, some of you gave me some scenarios I did not think about. I am a supporter of the 2nd amendment.

I bought 3 in January but none since,so I guess my average is less than 1 a month. Have to work on that LOL. Had not thought of tar and feather been thinking more about hang mans noose for some of these clowns.

First off, I do not have a clue on what the intent of such a law would be. I would assume that if you were going to subvert the Constitution you would have a good reason? And yes, If you do not uphold your oath of office, you should atleast be immediately removed from said office.

Well, since we can't buy more than one handgun a month, maybe we should go out and buy as many long guns as we can afford and march back up to Richmond carrying as many of them as we can to show them how ignorant that they are.
They need to be reminded constantly that the Second Amendment is not to keep crack heads out of my house, or to feed my family, or to shoot at a range, but rather to protect me from a tyrannical government from taking away my Rights given to me by my Creator!

People went to a pro gun rally in VA just a few months ago. Armed. But allowed the governor to erect a no gun zone inside a fence. Why wasn't the fence tore down and armed people standing inside of it???????????????????????????????????????????????
