I watch it because it means I don't have to watch any of those house buying or remodeling shows my wife watches.

They will never find any treasure because if they did, the show would end.

But, you have to admit, they are sure making a mess of that island!

I have been long interested in this "money pit" even before the TV show. I honestly believe when they originally found the block and tackle and discovered the money pit, what they found was where someone had already retrieved the treasure.
Just my thoughts.

When I was a kid I read the same article in Readers Digest as Rick Lagina. It's always been on my mind.

It’s actually been solved and the treasure found. Just dragging it out and creating television

I am a many great grandson of Sir Henry I Sinclair, Jarl of Orkney, Lord of Roslin, who they keep speculating was the one to bury the treasure on Oak Island. He and I through him, do have a large number of Knights Templar in our pedigree, including the knights who ran Jerusalem and who were supposed to have recovered the treasures at the temple.

I enjoy the show. It's been a fun experience watching it with my kids. Lot's of history and honoring people for their passion. I really want to see what's in the swamp.

Praise the Lord and Pass the ammunition.

Good point. Wouldn't surprise me if you're right.
