I think I had my cam in the right spot. While I was setting it up I turned to look back to see if it was pointing down the trail and this buck came walking right up to me.

He was gone before the camera took the second pic, id say about 2 seconds after this pic was taken. He ran about 30 yards, looked back for a sec, then took off.

I have a stand about 50 yards away I sat in, saw him a few times and a bunch of others but I was after a couple bigger ones. He will be nice next yr.
