canebrake OP trapper C Joined: Mar 2015 Posts: 536 GA	JC Conner makes sets with something he calls "ant grit" in his videos. I'm curious as to what it is as I've never seen anything like it? I'm assuming it comes from fire ant mounds but our ant mounds here in Georgia are basically just red mud. The stuff he uses looks almost like very fine gravel.

thedude055 trapper T Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 610 Wyoming	I will get you a pic when I get a chance of the ant mounds here in Wyoming. They are cleaned grains of sand really. Like 80 grit sandpaper size. Great for lots of things including a good fire ant jig in the middle of the pasture if you are not careful. Owner Wind River Trapping Supplies
