Fish crisp (Cajun). Always bought here at Canadian tire store, not sure if it's available in the USA
Just happy to be here.

Met some flounder giggers 15 years ago that swore by pancake mix and ginger ale.
I like egg, club soda, and a good breaker.

I've tried making my own but it never seems as good as the store bought. Last year I got some "SHORE LUNCH" out of the mark down bin. It's pretty good stuff.
My name ain't Keith

I use 1/3 Italian bread crumbs,1/3 bisquick (pancake batter) and 1/3 flour.Add a couple tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. The cheese holds everything together and adds great flavor.Mix it all up.Egg wash then batter then deep fry.
